We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged leashes cannot be returned unless they are defective on receipt.
Please use the following link to the Customer Return Portal to start your exchange or return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label or QR code, as well as instructions on how and where to bring your package.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
