Minca means “collaborative work for the common good,” inspired by an Andean tradition of communities supporting one another. 

For us, it reflects raising dogs within a shared network of family, friends, and neighbors. Every dog deserves to thrive emotionally, cognitively, and physically, so Minca focuses on every stage of development. Through socialization, training, and enrichment, dogs build the skills for a confident, balanced life, what we call Behavioral Wellness. 

Created by a dog trainer and dog‑obsessed designers, Minca makes an adventurous life with a dog accessible and engaging.
